Student satisfaction measurement in higher education

Since the quality of academic services can affect students’ satisfaction, identification attributes is needed. It divided into several factors using factor analysis and modeling relationship between satisfaction multiple regression method. This research used primary data obtained from questionnaires given to undergraduate students Universitas Indonesia. The results showed six affecting satisfaction. However, only two them, i.e. lecturers’ abilities deliver learning materials classroom building, were significant. top priority was materials.
